Ask a Question →No. At Sakalava, the water is shallow and the bottom is sandy. You wear a life jacket at all times. The main thing is simply not being afraid of water.
The ideal season runs from April to October: strong trade winds (20-35 knots), warm water and sunshine. From November to March, the wind is more irregular — but there are still kiteable sessions.
Yes, everything is included: kite, bar, board, harness and vest. We provide recent, well-maintained gear suited to your level and the day's conditions.
Flights from Antananarivo or Reunion Island. We organize your transfer from the airport to your accommodation near the spot — it's included in the coaching package.
On average 5 to 7 days to reach waterstart in private coaching. Each person is different, but our individual approach clearly accelerates progression.
